The Sea Scout Long Cruise this year included a spectacular Orca display. We came across two Orca pods and they were doing all sorts of tricks - including multiple back flips. The show probably lasted half an hour, but unfortunately the whales decided to stop playing about the time I got the camera out... Oh, well. |

The week after Long Cruise I led a Sea Scout Alumni cruise to Princess Louisa Inlet in BC, Canada. Awesome trip - awesome people. The weather was less cooperative than during the previous week's Sea Scout cruise, but that's life in the Pacific Northwest. |

Princess Louisa Inlet was absolutely breathtaking. It was a truly amazing place. No wonder everybody who's ever been there raves about it... |
